Business conditions

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of digital products in the TPsoft.org e-shop.

Introductory provisions

These terms apply to the sale of digital content and related services through the e-shop. Their purpose is to clearly explain the rights and obligations of both the customer and the seller.

Seller identification and contact

  • Business name: TPsoft.org
  • Registered address: [Company address]
  • Company ID: [Company ID]
  • VAT / Tax ID: [VAT ID]
  • Support email: podpora@tpsoft.org

Scope of these terms

These terms form part of every order placed in the e-shop and apply to all purchases unless stated otherwise for a specific product.

Products and services

The e-shop mainly sells digital goods, especially downloadable files, software applications, and license keys. Products are delivered electronically, not physically.

Ordering process and contract formation

  1. The customer selects a product, adds it to cart, and fills in required details.
  2. By submitting the order, the customer confirms they have read these terms.
  3. The purchase contract is formed when the seller accepts the order (for example by email confirmation or by providing access after payment).

Prices and payment methods

Product prices are shown with each product at the time of order. Available payment methods are:

  • bank transfer,
  • cryptocurrency payment via Confirmo,
  • direct cryptocurrency payment to the seller's wallet.

For some payment methods, an order is considered paid only after full payment confirmation in the payment system or in the cryptocurrency network.

Delivery of digital products

Delivery is electronic and usually takes place after successful payment confirmation. Delivery may include:

  • a download link,
  • activation instructions,
  • a license key,
  • customer account access.

In justified cases, the seller may request additional order verification before delivery.

Customer obligations

  • Provide true and complete order details.
  • Use the product in accordance with instructions, technical requirements, and license terms.
  • Keep login details, license keys, and account access secure.

Seller rights and limitations

The seller may refuse or cancel an order in justified cases, including obvious pricing errors, suspected abuse or fraud, breach of these terms, or objective inability to deliver the product. If a product is unavailable, the seller may offer an alternative solution or, where applicable, an appropriate refund.

License and permitted use

Unless stated otherwise for a specific product, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital product within the granted license scope. Without explicit permission, customers must not resell, unlawfully share, copy, or distribute digital content. Depending on the product, the license may be limited to personal use or internal business use only.

Complaints and defective performance

If a digital product is defective, inaccessible, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, the customer may submit a complaint by email to podpora@tpsoft.org and should include order number, purchase email, product name, and issue description (ideally with screenshot/error message). Further details are available on the Complaint / Return Policy page.

Withdrawal / cancellation for digital content

For distance contracts, consumers generally have the statutory right to withdraw within the legal period. However, for digital content supplied immediately after purchase, the customer may lose the withdrawal right once delivery/access starts if the customer expressly agreed in advance to immediate supply and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right.

Liability limitation

The seller is responsible for the product matching its description and agreed features at the time of delivery. The seller is not responsible for issues caused in particular by incompatible customer devices, unauthorized modifications, misuse, lost access credentials, or breach of license terms by the customer.

Personal data and privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy published in the e-shop.

Final provisions

These Terms and Conditions become effective on the date of publication on the e-shop website. The seller may reasonably update them; for each order, the version effective at the time of order submission applies.
