Protection of personal data

The operator hereby informs the buyer that, pursuant to Section 10(3)(b) of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, the seller, as the data controller, will process the buyer's personal data during the process of concluding the purchase contract without the buyer's consent as a data subject, because such processing is carried out within pre-contractual relations and is necessary for the performance of the purchase contract in which the buyer acts as one of the contracting parties.

By checking the relevant box before submitting the order, the buyer may express consent pursuant to Section 11(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act for the seller to process and store personal data, especially the data listed above and/or the data needed for the seller's activities related to sending information about new products, discounts, and special offers on offered goods, and to process such data in all of its information systems for this purpose. The buyer grants this consent for a fixed period until the purpose of processing the buyer's personal data is fulfilled. After the purpose is fulfilled, the seller will ensure immediate deletion of the buyer's personal data. The user has the right to withdraw granted consent at any time by sending a written notice to the email address podpora@tpsoft.org or to the postal address TPsoft.org, Jána A. Komenského 6, 071 01 Michalovce. The user grants consent voluntarily. The consent expires within 1 month from delivery of the withdrawal of consent by the buyer to the seller.

The user declares that the personal data provided in the registration form is true and accurate.
